Executive Summary: A community member needs to be able to rate the priority of a community need (a capability that isn’t currently available) or the quality of a contribution (an implemented capability) relative to her work.

It further allows individuals authorized by the staff member to participate in the rating campaign. The results of rating campaigns can be viewed in aggregate by the general public (without identifying the participants or their individual ratings or comments) or in full detail by authorized staff members. |
